Oasis 21, a complex of public and commercial facilities including a park and bus terminal, officially opened on October 11, 2002.Spaceship-Aqua is a glass roof directly above the atrium basement plaza.Water flows from the center and fills the surface of the roof. There is a parkway around rim, which is illuminated at night.The Ginga Plaza hosts events on weekends, and an information center is located on the south side of the plaza.
